These guys are absolutely awesome, and if more hardcore revolutionary parking lot planners were hatching schemes like this we would be further along in taking back the streets from the government. It is a fact that if you own land you can decide what the speed limit is on said land. I know it because I see signs all over the suburbs that just reiterate the same ol' speed and tell us that kids are playing.
What the developer of this parking lot was trying to tell us was to stop thinking in terms of what has already been done. You are all sl vanilla because your world is all in 25's, 35's...etc. Nobody is even thinking in terms of 14. Imagine how different things would be if we, like this parking lot developer, could think outside of the narrow world of what we know and started saying "Fuck it, I don't have slow kids drive 28 in front of my house"
