Murder Rebel Radio: Endorses the Bullpen Configuration

Bryan heard his dad and brother talking about different office configurations.  This is the one that we are endorsing.

Brett is angling to be Andy Roony's replacement.

How do we prove that things are getting done? FORMS!

2003_arsenic_forms

We are here 2 times a week to make jokes about bad stuff.  Make sure to listen to all of the shows so that you know when to open the envelope that we sent you with directions that you have to follow. If you didn't get an envelope you haven't logged enough Murder Rebel Radio listening hours.  I have faith that you can get there.

Bravery Works Blue.

610x

I just ran across the article below on Slate.com's Twitter feed. It sums up how I feel that we should treat the people that make us lie and pretend to love our jobs. How many pictures have you seen at some company picnic where they look like one big happy family? That is all bullshit and you fucking know it. You think that the woman next to you is a shitty mother and you went to human resources once to say that your boss was being unfair. The guy from 2 desks over has a smelly lunch, and that cunt behind you is always doing her work wrong, but as soon as some shithead from corporate wants a picture of all of you together you smile like a fucking beauty pageant contestant.

You wouldn't go to your job if you didn't feel like you need money. You wouldn't know those fucking jerkoffs if you didn't have a mortgage. Stop play acting. These guys were literally being tortured and they found a way stick it to the most oppressive and secretive government in the world. Why don't you figure out how to show people that you are a hostage of the system, not a willing participant?

Snap out of it now because 'The Guy' is stupid

When you are in love with your job and your career is going great then you have no problem at all with 'the guy'. Things are looking up and 'the guy' thinks you really have something, he could really use your talent.

'the guy' buys everyone tickets to an amusement park

'the guy' only asks that you sit at a desk and shuffle around papers for
him, he doesn't have the time any more because he is to busy doing what
he wants.

'the guy' put a Wii in the break room!!

'the guy' just needs you to take on a few extra tasks that weren't outlined in your job responsibilities.

'the guy' had everyone over at his house for a BBQ, it was really cool!

'the guy' is having a tough time covering your health plan, would you mind helping him out by chipping in a few more dollars every check?

'the guy' thinks you would be able to focus easier if you didn't have other responsibilities that conflicted with your schedule.

After some time you will start to realize that 'the guy' grows up into 'the man'. You were so adamant about helping out 'the guy' while he makes a ton of money and fulfills his dreams that you forgot about everything you wanted to do for yourself. Dont forget about all of your personal goals you set to the side to help out 'the guy'.

You gave up your passion and vision because you wanted 'stability'...but deep down you dont believe because you question everything around you... noticing that the entirety of your existence and 'who you are' is a fleeting glimpse of one moment of time.
